How do I add products to my store?

• Once you have logged in, on the left side of the dashboard, click on ‘Products’.
• Once that is done, click ‘Add New’ which is located on the top right of the dashboard.
• Two options will appear once that is clicked. ‘New Product’ or ‘New Category’. It is recommended that you subdivide your products / services by categories so that your online store will be easier to navigate and look organized.

• Upon classifying your products / services by the respective categories, feel free to populate your store with the products / services that you are offering for sale by adding ‘New Product’.
• Fill in all the relevant details of your products / services that you want your customers to know about, and then click on ‘Add Product’ on the bottom right of the dashboard.

• Repeat steps 4 and 5 for all of the products / services that you have for sale.

Can someone else manage my store for me?

Absolutely! You can add managers to manage your store for you. They will be notified when an order has been received. You can add managers by:

• Clicking on your store icon on the bottom left of the dashboard. From there, you will see two options ('Add Managers', and 'Top Up').

• Click on 'Add Managers' and fill in all the relevant information of the manager that you have selected.
• Also, don’t forget to turn on the enable notification so that the manager will be notified via e-mail & Whatsapp that an order has been placed for your product / service.

My business has many branches. Can I have multiple locations?

Yes, you can! You can use Beepmix even though you have multiple locations. To do that:

• On the left side of the page, click on ‘Settings & Design’. From there, click on ‘Stores & Locations’.

• Click on ‘Add Store’ located on the top right of the page.

• Fill in all the relevant information such as store name, address, and phone number.

If you have multiple stores offering deliveries, our system will automatically choose the store that is the closest to the customer.
